We've seen women working in every organized or unorganized sector. They have a big contribution to our country's economy. A lot of women officials have joined the esteemed and most populous Institutions of the nation, i.e Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and Indian Navy. These women officers attained triumph in several areas, in addition, to have shown some audacity, even beating against their male counterparts. 

 Great Indian Army Women

Meet a few women in armed forces, who made everyone proud and shown velour.

1. Punita Arora - Punita Arora is also the initial woman in India to find the second highest rank, i.e. Lieutenant General of the Vice-admiral and Indian Armed Forces of Indian Navy. She's been awarded in Indian Armed Forces with 15 medals in her 36 decades of career. 

2. Padmavathy Bandopadhyay - Padmavathy Bandopadhyay joined also the Air Force. She's the initial girl Air Marshal of also the Indian Air Force. 

3. Mitali Madhumita - Mitali Madhumita is the initial woman officer, that has been awarded a medal for her action. At least 19 lives were saved by her on the embassy in Kabul during the Feb 2010 attack. She led the army's Language Training Team in Kabul.

4. Divya Ajith Kumar - Divya Ajith Kumar created the story becoming the first woman. This Chennai girl beat 244 fellow gentlemen and girls cadets, to win also the Best All Round Cadet award and get also the Sword of Honour, which is also the greatest award given to a cadet also the official training academy.

5. Gunjan Saxena - Throughout the Kargil war, Gunjan Saxena became the initial girl Indian Air Force officer to fly at a combat zone. She was given with the Shaurya Vir Award. She's been extremely praised for her outstanding courage. 

6. Shanti Tigga - With regards to courage, we cannot miss the name of Shanti Tigga. She beat all the odds and joined the Territorial Army. Shanti Tigga was rewarded by former President Pratibha Patil for being the initial female jawan of the country.

7. Ganeve Lalji - Lieutenant Ganeve Lalji, a 3rd generation Army officer created history by becoming the initial girl to be appointed as a key aide to an Army Commander. She was assigned to the Corps of Military intelligence in the year 2011 and has recorded several successes throughout her Young Officers course in Pune. 

8. Puja Thakur - Wing Commander Puja Thakur came into limelight when she became also the initial girl to lead also the Guard of Honour for the US President Barack Obama, one of also the worlds most strong men in the latest times.


The above list doesn't stop here, there are many more women who made India Proud and many more to come. The day when we have no need to launch any scheme like  "Beti Bachao Beti Padao" that day will be a day in an Ideal India, Developed India, and Divine India. What do you Think?
